Service operator and scope
This notice describes personal information processing in the website and iOS app of FranGlobal Mongolia (Бизнес Коннект ХХК).
What information do we process?
We process account name, email, phone, sign-in and authentication information, and the business, contract and financial information, requests, messages and attached files you submit through the service.
Security and operational logs may include IP addresses and device and sign-in information. When notifications are enabled, we use the device tokens and channel preferences needed to deliver them.
For business services, we process the city or region, street and building address, and organization location you enter, linked to your account. The iOS app does not collect device GPS or precise location.
How do we use and share information?
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide business services, manage contract and financial operations, respond to requests, deliver notifications and protect security.
Authorized business users access information according to their roles and granted permissions. Hosting and configured service providers may process the information needed to operate enabled features.
We use phone numbers for service notifications and to send FranGlobal’s own marketing communications directly to users.
We do not sell personal information or disclose it for third-party marketing. Hosting, email and other configured service providers may process information as necessary to operate the service. The iOS app does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
The website uses cookies for functions such as sign-in and language selection. If enabled in site settings, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may process visit information.
Account deletion and business records
You can request account deletion from the app account settings. Deletion permanently revokes account access and removes or anonymizes personal account name, email, phone and authentication information.
Linked contract, financial and business records are retained. These are separate from personal account fields and may contain personal information such as contract party details. Account deletion does not delete all business documents, messages or files.
Associated personal files are cleaned up; file cleanup may remain pending if the storage system fails. Backups may contain historical information until routine rotation.
International users and information requests
The service can be used from Mongolia and other countries. Contact support to request information, correction or erasure. Country-specific requirements may apply depending on your country and the type of request.
You may also ask support to review personal information in retained business records separately. Information may be required to verify the requester’s authority.
